Horseshoes Öllöv MARATHON

OLLOV Marathon is a new model in polyurethane developed for the horses working on hard surfaces such as asphalt, cobblestone, requiring extra durability.

The shoe has a 6mm steel shoe in the core and 9mm polyurethane for great durability. This model is lighter than ollov DuraStep and is easy to shape and work with for farriers. Farrier needs to deepen the nails but it can be done with several common farrier tools such as a dorn.

• The shell absorbs shock and vibrations, making it more comfortable for both horse and rider.
• The rubbershoe offers excellent grip on many surfaces including, asphalt, cement, grass, snow, giving the horse a secure feeling.

• Outstanding choice of shoe for horses recovering from various back, leg and hoof issues. A softer, shock absorbing shoe offers relief and promotes a quicker recovery.
• The shoe preserves the natural bloodflow in the hoof (unlike a steel shoe where the bloodvessels are more likely to close up due to the vibrations in the hoof) promoting healthy growth of the hoof.
